Quick, easy, hassle-free returns & exchanges

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase (mats must be returned unused) in its original packaging within 30 days of your purchase by following the easy steps noted below.

Incorrect Product Received

If you received a product other than what you ordered, we will gladly exchange that product for the correct item. Please contact our Customer Service department via email at within 72 hours of receiving the incorrect product and we will expedite the correct item to ship as soon as the erroneous product is received back to our facility. We will email you a prepaid shipping label for a hassle free return.

Return Guidelines

When returning any item for any reason, please email us at for a return authorization number before returning any products. You can also contact us toll free at +1.844.770.2048. No refunds or exchanges can be issued if a product is returned without authorization. Mats must be new, unused and in original packaging. A 15% restock fee will apply to all returns. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges not attributable to warranted defects or miss-shipment on the part of Global Sales Innovations.

Exempt from any returns: Custom (create your own Stand Longer mat) or custom size Stand Longer mats.

Return Packing Instructions

The Stand Longer mat must be rolled and packaged in the same manner in which it was received. The mat can be shipped back rolled in a box (not folded) or rolled / wrapped in a plastic wrap. The mat must not be exposed to the elements when being returned. This packing instruction safeguards your exchange or refund, which could otherwise result in your return being refused.
